busy day!

0630 crossfit workout
12 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible):
6 dead lifts @ 155lbs
9 push-ups
24 double-unders
7 & 2/3rds + 8 double-unders

d@mn jump rope kicked my @$$ this morning!  my double unders (still) need a little work.

I spent all day shuffling prisoners around.  lost my mind about 20 times today and finally ate lunch around 1600.  thanks to the greatest wife in the world for making, and dropping it off to me.  otherwise, I probably would have gone hungry.
