failed the 115 snatch 4 times. On my first two attempts I failed to get the weight up, and on the last two attempts my squat wasn’t low enough.

I’ll be taking it easy the next two days before the O-Run. I still plan on getting up early and training, but it won’t be the rx’d WODs.
