0630 crossfit workout
2 RFT (rounds for time) of:
25 HSPU (hand-stand push-ups)
50 T2B (toes to bar)
800 meter run
150 double-unders

yeah, I got one round done in roughly 28 minutes (not rx’d – still doing HSPU with my front facing the wall), and I had to go because it was 0715. wtf?! welcome back to crossfit!
