October 2010 – about 1.5 months into p90x without any major diet changes. 

April 2011 – yuck!

December 2011 – I included this picture because it’s around when I was at my heaviest @ 191lbs.  I was eating anything and everything, and working out 3 – 5 times a week.  I actually look kind of “big” (for me) in this picture.  unfortunately, everything I’ve read says you can’t put on size, and have a six pack at the same time…it’s one or the other.
