max height box jump
30 second cap to attempt jump after adding height
43″ (I stopped there because damn that shit was high!  and because the highest jump before that was 40″  hopefully, I’m still the highest tomorrow, but I doubt it.)

rest 2 minutes

21 – 15 – 9
2-for-1 wall ball shots (effin’ hate these!)
burpee high jump (I need to measure the bar I had to jump to because that thing was ridiculously high!)
9:34 as rx’d

rest 2 minutes

800 meter backwards run (hello calf muscles!)

no, but seriously…I may take a  rest day tomorrow…
