0630 crossfit workout

terrible idea for a workout after doing two workouts yesterday.  I scaled the weight to 95lbs…yeah, that’s right…the female weight!  was seriously debating on skipping this one…and then I was seriously debating not finishing. 

Monday (07/02/2012)

scaled the deadlifts to 185lbs and did my HSPU with two abmats / hands on the floor. 

supplemental (Monday evening)
overhead press
105lbs x 5 x 3 (5lbs increase from 06/21/2012)
deadlifts
245 x 5 x 1 (10lbs increase from 06/21/2012)
no chalk…grip was slipping big time…might have been a little too heavy…back is hurting = bad form?  might have to either stay the same, or go down next time.  need to always have chalk available!!!
