back on the board

Friday (09/14/2012)

man, it felt good to get back on the board this morning!  I scaled the push press to the 45lbs bar due to my shoulder injuries.  hopefully, I won’t pay for it later!  the toes to bar probably weren’t a good idea either.  I’ve been taking motrin, glucosamine & chondroitin, and fish oil twice daily in addition to heat, ice, and tiger balm.  I’m all set up to see an orthopaedic specialist at the end of next week.
